- Location: Midsummer Place Shopping Centre, Milton Keynes
- Position: Full Time
- Salary: £12.62 per hour
- Working Pattern: 12-hour shifts (56+ hours per week)
- 7 days on / 3 days off
- 7 days on / 4 days off
- Including days, nights and weekends.
What You'll Be Doing
- Patrol the shopping centre and maintain a safe environment.
- Deliver excellent customer service to visitors and retailers.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally.
- Monitor and report suspicious activity.
- Work closely with the Security Manager and wider security team.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.
- Assist contractors and authorised visitors.
- Monitor radio communications and respond promptly to security issues.
- Ensure centre policies and procedures are followed at all times.
Essential
- Front Line SIA Licence
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment
- First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Calm under pressure
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
