We're looking for a CCTV Control Room Officer to join the Security Team at Midsummer Place Shopping Centre. This is a varied role, combining CCTV monitoring, incident management and centre operations to help provide a safe and welcoming environment for our visitors, retailers and colleagues.

• Location: Midsummer Place Shopping Centre, Milton Keynes
• Position: Full Time
• Salary: £14.99 per hour
• Working Pattern: 12-hour shifts (48+ hours per week)
• 07:00 – 19:00
• 19:00 – 07:00

What You'll Be Doing

Monitor CCTV systems and security equipment.

Control access to the shopping centre and service areas.

Coordinate security staff and respond to incidents.

Operate fire alarm systems during emergencies.

Maintain accurate incident logs and security records.

Ensure compliance with CCTV legislation and data protection requirements.

Monitor radio communications and coordinate responses across the site.

Liaise with contractors, retailers and centre management.

Help maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.

Essential

• CCTV Licence
• Security (SIA) Licence
• Previous Control Room experience
• Good IT skills (Word & Excel)
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems (desirable)
