Customer Service Supervisor // Salary: £11.50ph

You will be working as a supervisor with a unique attraction known as Upside Down House in Midsummer Place. An inverted home that provides customers with a zero-gravity effect. It is necessary that the successor has a proactive attitude and is happy to be in photos and at times, videos that could be used for promotional purposes. With the possibility of a permanent role in the future, we are looking for full time individuals.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Taking card and cash payments
  • Managing customers inside the attraction, ensuring that the props are not tampered with
  • Crowd control, making sure customers queue in one line
  • Explaining rules and instructions to customers
  • Opening and closing of the house at the beginning and end of the day
  • Preparing and delivering monthly Rota’s to a team of 3-5
  • Managing a team of 3-5
  • Weekly banking
  • Arranging maintenance for the houses
  • Providing weekly reports
  • Answering any customer queries
  • Other ad hoc activities

Skills

The successor must heave great leadership skills.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to control large crowds and queues
  • Previous customer service experience
