LEON has started with an aspiration to provide the best food for the most people and decided the best way to do this was to reinvent fast food.

We wanted to show that fast food could taste good and do good, while being kind to the planet. That’s what we mean when we say our mission is ‘to make it easier for everyone to live well and eat well.’

We do this by finding and serving the best flavours from natural, seasonal ingredients. Ingredients that are good for your gut, and therefore for your mind and mood. And, because we like to use a wide variety of plants, our dishes are kinder to the planet. All of this is to create food that is convenient, ubiquitous, affordable, and fun. It’s this mix of craveable flavours, natural ingredients and affordable prices, we believe, that is the foundation of all our future successes.
