Responsibilities
- Design and create floral arrangements for events, weddings, and everyday occasions.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the shop, ensuring all displays are visually appealing.
- Manage inventory of flowers and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Provide expert advice on flower care and maintenance to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to develop merchandising strategies that enhance sales.
- Stay updated on floral trends and techniques to continually improve skills and offerings.
- Be able to guide costumers on plant care and maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role is preferred.
- experience in wedding arrangements.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Creative flair with a keen eye for detail in floral design.
- Experience in merchandising is an advantage.
