YMCA MK SoupFest

Join us at Midsummer Place for a heart-warming event in support of YMCA's Winter Fundraising Campaign – SoupFest. As the only dedicated local charity helping young people at risk of homelessness, the YMCA is essential to our community, and we are here to raise awareness and support for their incredible work.

What's Happening:

• SoupFest Recipe Book – £5
  Discover delicious soup recipes from the YMCA SoupFest recipe book! All proceeds go directly to helping to provide vital support for young people in need. The book is just £5, and donations will be easy to make throughout the day. Every book sold makes a real difference!

• Live Cooking Demos with Richie Carter
  Join Richie Carter, head workplace trainer at MK College, for live demonstrations of how to make the seasonal favourite – Spicy Pumpkin Soup – perfect for autumn and Halloween! Richie will also share creative tips for using seasonal vegetables, along with his expert advice on soups and taking questions from the audience.

• Soup Sampling
  Try a warm, comforting sample of the Spicy Pumpkin Soup. After tasting, why not grab your copy of the recipe book to recreate it at home? Your purchase will help support local young people in need.

• Pumpkin Carving (subject to availability)
  Kids can get creative with pumpkin carving! A fun activity for the whole family, tied into the seasonal theme.
